How To Add Butter To The PEX Ball Valve?

　　Filling the PEX ball valve with butter is to prevent the valve from being blocked when opening and closing. The function of butter is to lubricate and make the valve switch flexible.

　　How to add butter to PEX ball valve

　　(1) Preparation

　　Prepare butter, grease gun, cotton yarn

　　(2) Operation steps

　　① Unscrew the upper cover of the grease gun and add butter into the cavity.

　　②Close the grease gun lid tightly and attach the Yadong grease gun handle until the grease flows out.

　　③According to the nozzle specifications of the valve configuration, select the appropriate grease gun nozzle and install it on the grease outlet of the grease gun.

　　④ Wipe the valve oil nozzle with cotton yarn.

　　⑤ Align the nozzle of the grease gun with the grease nozzle of the valve and fill the handle of the Yadong grease gun with grease until the grease overflows from the valve stem hole.

　　⑥ Fully open the valve, apply butter evenly on the thread of the valve stem, and turn the handwheel to switch it on and off several times.

　　⑦Check the tools and clean the equipment.

　　(3) Technical requirements

　　①Squeeze the grease gun not too fast to prevent the grease from spilling.

　　②The operator shall not face the valve directly.

　　③The valve switch can be flexible after adding butter.
