Attention To The Installation Of F1960 Fittings

　　Everyone should know that before installation of F1960 fittings, the pipes, fittings, and supporting materials must be inspected according to the design requirements and all meet the requirements. In this way, we can proceed smoothly in the later construction.

　　Insulation materials should be laid on the ground that has been leveled. The laying should be smooth and tightly overlapped. Except for the penetration of the plastic staples that fix the heating pipe, there should be no damage. Lay the reflective layer of polyester film or reinforced aluminum foil (can be prefabricated or laid on-site). F1960 fittings to install and lay the heating pipe: follow the design drawing to pay out the line (if the reflective film has been printed on the line, this item can be exempted), and piping (if it has been supplied with a fixed length according to the design, this item can be exempted). The bending radius of the heating tube should not be less than 8 times the outer diameter of the tube. No joints are allowed in the filling layer, and the heating tube is fixed (there are 3 ways to fix it). The distance between the fixing points of the heating pipe is ≯700mm for straight pipes and ≯350mm for curved pipes. There should be five fixing clips at the corner of 180℃.

　　F1960 fittings installation can be fixed on the wall or in a special box. Generally, the water divider should be installed on the bottom and the water collector on the top. The spacing should be 200mm, and the distance between the water collector and the ground should not be less than 500mm. The connection between the heating pipe and the assembly device can adopt a special clamp type connection or a ferrule type connection. At the end of the heating pipe, a heat-insulating sleeve should be installed to prevent the local ground temperature from being too high.

　　After the heating pipe is firmly connected to the manifold, each passage should be flushed one by one until the water is clean. To cooperate with the F1960 fittings installation and construction unit to carry out the filling layer construction, the system must be filled with water pressure (pressure ≮ 0.6Mpa), pay attention to the construction of expansion joints, squeeze the heating pipe, and pour the pebbled concrete.
