PEX Ball Valve Preparation Work Before Installation

PEX ball valve is a sanitary valve that meets specifications and manufacturing standards. It is connected to the pipeline through a clamp and is quick to install. This method is convenient for disassembly, maintenance, or cleaning. The valve adopts polished and sterile inner and outer surfaces and undergoes accurate inspection procedures and strict quality control to meet the special requirements of wine, food, biopharmaceutical, and other industries.

Preparatory work before installation of PEX ball valve:

1. Remove the flange protection devices at both ends of the PEX ball valve.

2. Check the valve hole to remove dirt. Then clean the valve hole. Even small foreign objects between the valve seat and the ball may damage the seat sealing surface.

3. The pipelines before and after the PEX ball valve are ready. The front and rear pipes must be coaxial, and the sealing surfaces of the two flanges must be parallel.

4. Clean the pipeline before and after the valve to remove oil, welding slag, and other impurities in the pipeline.

5. Check the mark of the valve to find out that the ball valve is intact. Make sure that the valve is fully open and closed and working properly.
